New Patient Questionnaire
Dr. Richker is a Psychopharmacologist, and only evaluates children and adolescents for medication management. She treats children from 5 - 17 years old. She does not do any psychotherapy. She has relationships with many therapists, psychologists, occupational therapists, and neuropsychologists if these referrals are needed.
Dr. Richker will do 2 one-hour intake appointments, the first appointment is parents only, and the second appointment includes your child. Intakes cost $600 and include both appointments. Follow-up appointments are a half hour and cost $200. Dr. Richker does not accept any insurance.
